Align inspector colour property labels with the colour editor

In the desktop and web designers' inspectors, colour property rows (for example TagTextColour on a TagField) show a "Custom / Use Default" footer beneath the colour swatch and hex text field. The property name label is vertically centred across the whole row, including that footer, so the label sits lower than the colour editor instead of lining up with the swatch and hex value like every other property row. All colour property rows should use one unified alignment: the property name lines up with the colour editor line in both inspectors.
