Public summary

The web page designer previews default controls differently from the desktop window designer:

A TagField with no tags previews as an empty field in the web designer, while the desktop designer shows the sample tags alpha and beta so the chip styling is visible.
A new TreeView previews as Node 1 / Node 1.1 / Node 1.2 / Node 2 (first row highlighted) in the web designer, but as TreeView / Parent node / Child node in the desktop designer.

The desktop previews are the correct reference; the web designer previews should show the same default content so both designers look alike for freshly added controls.
