Public summary
On Windows, animating a window with repeated Window.SetBounds calls is now smooth while the window shrinks, but while the window grows the edge that should stay anchored wobbles in and out (rubber banding). For example, an installer-style window animated to grow as it reveals its next page visibly stretches and snaps back on the anchored edge throughout the animation.
The jitter originally reported in both directions was fixed in Studio 26.10.1, and shrinking is now rock solid. This issue tracks the remaining growth-only case, confirmed by frame-by-frame analysis of the reporter's screen recording.
Expected behaviour: growing and shrinking both keep the opposite edge stationary, applying one clean resize per requested bounds.
