Web TextField defaults to two columns at Medium and Wide breakpoints

Dragging a new TextField from the Control Library onto a web page places it four grid columns wide at every breakpoint. On the Medium (8-column) and Wide (12-column) grids that is half and a third of the page width respectively — far wider than a typical single-line input and inconsistent with the other single-line input controls (NumericTextField and SearchField), which default to two columns.

Expected: a new TextField keeps its full-width four-column default at Compact (the 4-column mobile grid) and defaults to two columns at Medium and Wide.
