ListBox columns remain reachable when resizing with the horizontal scrollbar disabled

When a ListBox has resizable columns and HasHorizontalScrollbar is False, dragging a column divider can widen that column past the ListBox's right edge. The remaining columns and the divider itself then move outside the visible area, and because horizontal scrolling is unavailable there is no way to drag them back. Resizing should stop before the remaining columns are pushed out of view.
