Details command crashes Studio for a plugin missing from the Library

Right-clicking a plugin package that is missing from the Plugin Library and choosing Details… crashes Studio. The project tree shows the package as "(missing from Library)", and the Details command assumes the package's archive is present locally and takes the whole IDE down when it is not.

Expected behaviour: the Details command must never crash; for a missing package it should show the recorded identity (id, version, expected archive hash) or be disabled, since that is exactly the information a user needs while repairing the project.
