Show Width before Height in the Window inspector's Size Constraints section

In the Window properties inspector, the Positioning section lists Width before Height, but the Size Constraints section lists MaximumHeight, MaximumWidth, MinimumHeight, MinimumWidth, so Height comes first for both constraint pairs. Width and Height should be presented in the same order everywhere in the inspector, with Width first. Everywhere else in Studio that shows a width/height pair already lists Width first.
