macOS: global menu bar can be left empty or keep a stuck selection highlight until the app is switched away and back

On macOS, saving a new Desktop solution could leave a persistent selection capsule around File. During other menu and window transitions, some or all menu titles could disappear, leaving empty capsules or only the application menu visible. Switching applications sometimes restored the bar.

The global menu bar now remains visible through native Open and Save panels and returns to the focused Studio window's menus after window changes. Native filename editing, including Cmd-A, remains available.
