Generic methods accept matching constructed class parameters

A generic method can reject a matching constructed class parameter, such as passing Box(Of String) to a parameter declared as Box(Of T), even when String is explicitly supplied for T. Matching constructed parameter and return types should use the method's selected type arguments.
