Sort the Inspector Toolbar and Menu Bar lists A-Z, ignoring case

The Window Inspector's Toolbar and Menu Bar dropdowns list project items in their stored order instead of alphabetical order, making named toolbars and menu bars harder to find.

Sort the names A-Z, ignoring case, with (None) always first. For example, (None), MainToolbar, aa should appear as (None), aa, MainToolbar. Apply the same ordering to both dropdowns and preserve the current selection.
