URLConnection events preserve their source and request lifetime

URLConnection event handlers should receive the connection as Me and the bound subscriber as Self. Responses and errors retained by a handler must remain valid after delivery. A request-in-progress error should report the requested URL. Ending an application should cancel pending HTTP requests and release their resources.
