Enumerations cannot be dragged from a project into a module

Studio rejects a module as a drop target when dragging a standalone enumeration from a project in the Solution navigator. The enumeration cannot be moved into the module, even though enumerations are supported inside modules.

Dragging the enumeration onto a module should move it into that module while preserving its values and allowing the move to be undone and redone.
