Drawing corruption in scaled Pictures after clip restore, shadows, and text

In a Picture created with a scale factor greater than one, such as Var p As New Picture(300, 120, 2), drawing that follows a restored clip is rendered with the picture's scale applied twice. Subsequent shapes come out enlarged and shifted, and later drawing can fall off the picture entirely.

Two variants are confirmed:

1. After SaveState / Clip / drawing / RestoreState followed by DrawText, all later drawing in the same picture is affected.
2. A shadowed FillPath followed by SaveState / ClipToPath / drawing / RestoreState corrupts in the same way, with no text involved.

Scale 1 pictures and the Retina Canvas path are unaffected. Workaround until fixed: draw at scale 1 into a double-size picture and scale on use, which is what ChartView does (forum 1354).
