Built Windows apps show the host name in Open with

Built Windows desktop applications can appear as Objo.Host.Desktop in File Explorer's Open with menu instead of their own application name, even when the executable has the correct filename. The generated executable should carry the project's display name, falling back to its app name, so users can recognise the application when choosing how to open a file.
