File drops fail on GroupBox and Canvas controls inside a PagePanel

File drops accepted by a GroupBox or Canvas fail when the control is placed inside a PagePanel. The same handler works when the control is placed directly on the window.

Setting data.AcceptDrop = True in the child control's DragEnter handler should allow the drop, including when no DragOver handler is present. Placing the control inside a PagePanel should preserve that behaviour.
