Keep class names consistent after Find/Replace and recover mismatched projects

Using Find/Replace to change a class name can leave the Solution tree showing its old name while the Inspector shows its new name. Saving and reopening preserves the mismatch, and further renaming can fail. Keep source item names consistent when declarations change, and recover projects already affected without losing source code or project relationships.
