Maths.DegreesToRadians crashes with integer argument

Calling Maths.DegreesToRadians with an integer argument, for example Maths.DegreesToRadians(40), crashes at runtime with Expected Double but got Integer. Integer values should be accepted for this numeric conversion method in the same way users expect other numeric stdlib APIs to handle integer input.
