ListBox.ColumnWidths ignores percent and star widths

ListBox.ColumnWidths was documented to accept pixel widths, * fill widths, and nn% percentage widths, but percentage and star widths were not honoured after rows were added. Absolute widths such as 180,180 worked, while values such as 50%,50% and *,* left the columns incorrectly sized.
