GroupBox child controls ignore resize locks

Controls placed inside a GroupBox with right/bottom resize locks do not move or resize when the containing window is resized. Direct window children honour the same locks, so layouts with nested controls become misaligned. Expected behaviour: controls should honour their locks relative to the content area of their immediate parent container.
