Clarify hosted-control position labels in inspector

The visual designer inspector shows Left and Top for controls hosted inside containers, which can be confusing because these values are relative to the parent content area rather than the window. Update the inspector wording and documentation so hosted controls clearly show that their position is parent-relative.
