Harden live diagnostics against stale cleared errors

Objo Studio can continue showing live error diagnostics after the user has corrected the source. The stale diagnostics can remain in the Errors & Warnings panel, sometimes appear twice, and sometimes render against an unrelated method after the source layout changes. Expected behaviour is for diagnostics from an older source snapshot to stop displaying once that source has changed, while fresh background compilation continues to update normally.
