SelectFolderDialog returns redundant trailing separator

SelectFolderDialog.Show() could return a selected folder path with a redundant trailing directory separator, while equivalent paths from SpecialFolder did not. This made path output inconsistent and could surprise users comparing returned folder paths as strings.
