HashSet missing from shipped user documentation

The HashSet type was available in the last release but was missing from the shipped Studio/user documentation. Users could not find HashSet in the API reference, Collections guide, sidebar, or related generics and iteration docs, even though the type was implemented and covered in the internal language specification.
