ContainerControl interface selections are not persisted

Selecting interfaces from the source inspector does not persist for ContainerControl source files. After choosing interfaces in the Interfaces dialog and confirming, reopening the dialog shows all interfaces unchecked because the Implements clause was never written to the source declaration.
