Project container instances do not show root background colour in designer

When a ContainerControl has a BackgroundColour set on its root designer surface, instances dragged onto a window can appear transparent in the Studio designer if the container has no child controls. The direct ContainerControl designer and runtime show the colour, so the window designer preview is misleading.
