Inspector colour picker changes do not undo cleanly

Changing a control colour from the Studio inspector colour picker should be undoable with Cmd-Z/Ctrl-Z. Currently the picker flyout can keep focus from the global undo shortcut, and picker drags are recorded as many small colour changes instead of one committed inspector edit.
