Conditional breakpoints cannot evaluate implicit instance properties

Conditional breakpoints in instance methods could fail to evaluate implicit instance properties. A condition such as mTimeStep < 1000 on World.Update() reported NothingReferenceException: Undefined variable 'mTimeStep' even though the property was valid in the method scope. Conditional breakpoint expressions now compile and evaluate with the paused receiver context, matching normal source semantics.
