Prevent Studio main window from resizing below usable toolbar size

Objo Studio's main window can be resized so small that toolbar controls overlap. For example, the Run button can collide with the current project selector, making the toolbar unusable. Studio should enforce a minimum main-window size that preserves the toolbar and core workspace layout.
