Inspector Behaviour dialog rows are unreadable in dark mode

In dark mode, the Inspector Behaviour dialog for visual designer classes shows the property list header and category rows with light row backgrounds while the row text remains light. Labels such as Declaration and category names such as MyClass have very low contrast and are difficult to read.

Expected behaviour: the dialog should use dark-theme row backgrounds with readable dark-mode foreground colours.
