Calendar TabStop false still allows tab focus inside calendar

When a Calendar control is placed on a window and its TabStop property is turned off, pressing Tab repeatedly can still move keyboard focus through focusable elements inside the native calendar template. This shows a moving black focus rectangle even though the Calendar should be skipped by tab traversal.
