ContainerControl instance inspector shows inherited background as black

Selecting an instance of a custom ContainerControl on a window can show BackgroundColour as black in the Inspector even though the designer renders the instance using the custom container's configured background colour. The Inspector should distinguish inherited design-time values from explicit instance overrides so users see the effective value and can intentionally override or reset it.
