Studio colour picker spectrum starts with value slider at zero for black colours

The Studio designer inspector colour flyout can appear not to apply colour changes when editing a colour that is currently black. In the spectrum view, the value/brightness slider starts at the bottom, so clicking hue/saturation positions changes only hidden HSV components and the selected colour remains black. The picker should open in a state where choosing a spectrum colour visibly changes the colour.
