PopupMenu FontSize does not affect rendered text

PopupMenu controls ignore the configured FontSize. A PopupMenu with FontSize set to 24 still renders its selected text and dropdown rows at the default control text size.

Expected behaviour: PopupMenu text should render using the control FontSize set in the layout or at runtime.
