Stale and unclear shadowed-variable warning after member deletion

A shadowed-variable warning can remain visible in Studio after deleting the member that appeared to cause it, until the app is restarted. The warning text is also too generic when the hidden enclosing symbol is a class/module constant rather than a local variable or parameter.
