TreeView Select All works with Command-A on macOS

TreeView controls in multiple-selection mode should select all nodes when the standard Select All command is invoked, including Command-A on macOS and Ctrl-A on Windows/Linux. Currently the standard action path only handles text fields and ListBox controls, so TreeView focus leaves Select All as a no-op.
