Windows desktop apps show Exit in the File menu

Windows desktop app menu bars currently use the macOS-oriented Quit item for the standard application-quit role. On Windows, the standard menu-bar convention is a File > Exit command at the bottom of the File menu, with Alt+F4 handled by the OS rather than advertised as an in-menu shortcut. Objo desktop apps should render Quit-role menu items as Exit on Windows and avoid showing or handling a misleading Ctrl+Q shortcut there.
