TreeView and ListBox controls can show controls behind them when overlapped

Overlapping TreeView and ListBox controls can show the rectangle or contents of another control behind them because these controls did not fill their own background by default. Users expect bordered list controls to draw an opaque control surface unless they explicitly make them transparent.
