Generic classes can be configured from the inspector

Objo Studio lets users edit generic method type parameters in the method editor, but the class and interface inspector does not expose generic type parameters for type declarations. Users cannot configure declarations such as Class Stack(Of T) through the UI, and typing generic syntax into the Name field can leave the inspector in an unusable parsed state.
