IDE icons render consistently across platforms

Some IDE controls use Unicode symbols or emoji as icons, which can render inconsistently or appear as missing glyphs on systems without the same font fallback. Replace icon-like text in the inspector, designer, and status UI with deterministic Avalonia vector/path icons, PNG assets, or structured UI.
