Menu handlers show unsupported Rename action

Menu handler entries in the member sidebar offered a Rename action even though menu handler signatures are generated from their menu item binding and are not directly renameable. Selecting Rename focused read-only event-handler metadata and did not rename the handler, making the contextual menu misleading.
