MarkdownViewer text is unreadable in dark mode on macOS

MarkdownViewer uses very dark text on a dark window background when an Objo desktop app runs in macOS dark mode, making rendered Markdown difficult or impossible to read. The default text and related Markdown colours should adapt to the active application theme while preserving explicitly configured colours.
