Public summary

MarkdownViewer displayed an inert return-arrow glyph after footnote definitions, and neither the footnote reference nor the return arrow navigated within the document. Footnote references now move to their definition and each return arrow takes the reader back to its originating reference. Footnotes also use the correct one-based display number.
