Exceptions now report their original source line after cleanup blocks run

When an exception propagates through a Try/Finally or Lock block, Objo Studio can report the opening line of the cleanup construct instead of the line that originally raised the exception. The debugger should preserve and display the original fault location after all cleanup and stack unwinding completes.
