Public summary

Toolbar buttons currently collect at the right-hand side of an otherwise empty toolbar. Items should begin at the leading edge by default, matching conventional desktop toolbar layout and the order shown in the Toolbar Editor. Flexible spaces should remain available for deliberately pushing later items towards the trailing edge.
