Console output now preserves final lines and supports complete selection

Large bursts of program output can leave Objo Studio showing an incomplete tail after execution finishes. The output panel also does not respond to Ctrl/Cmd+A and cannot extend a mouse selection by scrolling beyond the visible viewport. Studio should always preserve the newest retained output, including the program’s final line, while keeping the interface responsive and providing normal terminal selection behaviour.
