AI assistant code is now readable and horizontally scrollable

Code fences in AI assistant responses keep each source line intact and provide a horizontal scrollbar when the response panel is narrower than the code. Inline code and fenced Objo code use a comfortable theme-aware palette, with fenced Objo tokens matching the main code editor, including user colour and style customisations. Streaming responses retain the active theme without flashing the library default colours between updates.
