Numeric fields retain their text when navigating with Tab

Numeric fields can appear empty when users navigate between them with the Tab key on macOS. The numeric value remains intact, but an invisible tab character temporarily replaces the displayed text. Numeric fields should retain their visible text while focus moves normally.
