AI assistant prompts now expand smoothly and chats follow new replies

The AI assistant prompt field now expands readily as a multiline prompt is typed. Chat conversations also follow newly streamed content while the viewport is at the bottom, pause automatic scrolling when someone scrolls up to read earlier content, and resume after returning to the bottom or sending a new message.
