AI Assistant messages now appear chronologically with thinking and tool calls

AI Assistant responses should display messages, thinking phases, and tool calls in the order they occur. Currently, thinking and tool activity is grouped above one combined message block, so text emitted before or between later tool rounds appears out of sequence.
