AI assistant can now continue working until it finishes

The AI assistant currently stops a response after ten tool rounds even when the model is making successful progress. Long-running repository exploration, editing, and verification should continue until the model finishes, the user presses Stop, or a genuine provider, tool, context, validation, or safety failure occurs.
